Land consolidation in Staphorst
From 1924, land consolidation is possible with the consent of the majority of stakeholders. In Staphorst, where farmland of 20 metres wide sometimes stretches as long as five kilometres, this redistribution reduced the number of cadastral plots from 13,000 to 1,900.
